Welcome! My name is Jonny and I love the satisfaction I get from not only exercising myself, but also helping others feel and perform at their best.
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 2-years with 15-years training experience across multiple disciplines, including weightlifting, long-distance running, gymnastics (& cheerleading), and HIIT training. I have happily and successfully trained people with goals such as weight loss, strength gain, training for a sport, and rehabilitation from injury, and would love to do the same for you - what would you like to achieve?

Postural-focused work to remedy weak core/glutes and posture areas back to health and functionality. We’ll work on increasing joint strength, stability and range of motion.

Sporting or lifestyle injury? We’ll assess what changes need to be made, identify key weak areas and work at returning you back to optimal performance, for everyday life or for a sport.

Offering a 6-week “kick-starter” plan, involving 3×1hr gym sessions per week to solidify fitness as a healthy part of your life, not just something you have to do.

Choose your plan
Online Training Plan
A 12-week training plan tailored to your goals. We’ll have an initial online consultation where I’ll ask you a series of questions to gather all the information I need to build you the plan to fulfil your goals.
Face-to-Face Personal Training
Pay for a block of 6 or 10 face-to-face personal training sessions and take advantage of the knowledge and expertise of your PT.
We’ll start with an initial face-to-face or online consultation to determine what you need and how best to train you, then meet on the gym floor for some intense, knowledge-filled sessions.
Hybrid Training
Get the best of both worlds by joining face-to-face personal training and online coaching to guarantee reaching your training goals. I’ll hold you accountable as we work together to build you up, in-person and online.
Receive access to an app where your tailored training programme will be constantly updated to facilitate your needs and match the progress you will be making.
